- Maida / All purpose flour- 2 tbsp Sugar- 1.5 tbsp or sugar- 1.5 tsp + Nutella / jam / Peanut butter- 1 tbsp Cooking oil- 1 tbsp Milk- 2.5 tbsp Cocoa powder- 1.5 tsp Baking powder- 1/4 tsp Salt - a pinch Vanilla essence- few drops Choco chips- few
How to make
In a mug,take all the dry ingredients.Mix well.Then add oil,milk & essence.Mix thoroughly without lumps & sugar should dissolve completely.Check for taste and add more sugar if needed. Microwave in 800w power for 1 minute.Cake will raise to the top and it may deflate.Check with a tooth pick.If it comes out clean,ur cake is ready.Else keep it for another 10-20 seconds.Mine took 1 minute 20 seconds. After taking out,studd in few choco chips & enjoy !!.

How to make
1)In a bowl add lime juice, sugar, salt, pepper and mix together 2)then add the fish pieces to it and marinate throughly and keep it aside for 5 mins. 3)dip the marinated fish one by one in bread crumbs and then in egg. 4)finally add oil in tawwa then fry the fish fliping the both the side. 5)u can serve this fish fry wit some green chutney

How to make
Cut chicken, zucchini, onion, bell pepper & tomato in cubes.Marinate them with 1 tsp olive oil, paprika, yoghurt, cumin powder, lime juice, garlic & ginger paste, chopped curry leaves, salt & pepper. Keep it aside for two hours.Put all of them in the bamboo squeezer one by one. Then cook on a grill.• Serve the preparation with spicy salsa
